    Day 1

    Siem Reap Arrival

    Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by Cambodia Senses guide and transferred to hotel for check in. After check in and a short rest, your guide will escort you to discover the temples of Angkor. Visit the site’s three main temples: Bakong, Lolei, and Preah Ko. Enjoy this natural beauty on an ox cart ride to Roluos Pagoda, a fun way to get in touch with rural Cambodia and its friendly people. When we arrive to the pagoda, Buddhist monks will provide a private blessing ceremony, wishing health and safe journeys.

    In the evening, enjoy the welcome dinner with Cambodian cuisine and folk cultural Apsara Dancing Show.

    Day 2

    Siem Reap

    Today, we continue to discover some of the other main Angkor sites. First, head to the ancient city of Angkor Thom. Angkor Thom was the last capital of the Great Khmer Empire under the reign of Jayavarman VII. In Angkor Thom, visiting the Terrace of the Elephants where the King welcome back his victorious army. And Terrace of the Leper King which holds detailed carvings winding along a narrow passage way that leads to the Baphuon complex. Return hotel for a relaxing break during the midday heat.

    Explore Siem Reap’s colorful markets in early afternoon. Then visit Artisans d’Angkor and discover how wood and stone carvings, lacquering, gilding, and silk paintings are created.

    End the day with a tour to the temples of the Small Circuit: Ta Prohm temple and Banteay Kdei, a Buddhist monastery from the late 12th Century. Overnight in Siem Reap.

    Day 3

    Siem Reap

    Begin the day early to catch an unforgettable sunrise at Angkor Wat. Your guide will escort you to discover Angkor Wat - the world’s wonder site, the magnificent temple was built in 12th century. It is the largest first Hindu, Buddhist temle complex and the largest religious monument in the world.

    Continue with a visit to Banteay Srei temple. It is meaning“The Citadel of the Women”, this red sand-stone temple is one of Angkor’s most significant structures. By studying this remarkable carvings which help us learn about the Angkor civilization. After that, visit Kbal Spean temple – one of the earliest Hindu pilgrimage sites in Cambodia.

    On the way back to Siem Reap, stop at the Landmine Museum which works to promote mine awareness. Transfer back to Siem Reap in late afternoon for some time at leisure. Overnight in Siem Reap.

    Day 4

    Siem Reap - Battambang

    After breakfast, embark on a private boat ride across Tonle Sap Lake to Battambang. Enjoy the beautiful lakeview and visit the largest village on the lake which is called Kompong Phluk, to discover the daily lives of the local people who live on the water. Enjoy a packed lunch on board.

    Upon arrival in Battambang, enjoy some rest at the hotel. This afternoon, we will explore some villages around Battambang, where you could learn how locals produce rice paper, prahok (typical Cambodian fish paste), grolan (sticky rice stuffed in bamboo)… In evening, enjoy a special performance by Phare Ponleu Selpak.


    - This boat trip is only possible in July to December. From January to June alternative transfer by road.)

    - The circus performance is performed regularly on each Monday & Thursday. On other days private performances are available on request and for a supplement.

    Day 5


    We spend a day experiencing local life in Battambang during. Begin the tour at 7:30AM with a bicycle ride to leisurely discover the Battambang town and its historical sites. Then, visit the main market, Psar Nath, tasting some local coffee. Walk a few metres to the river, crossing to the other side aboard a local boat. Visit Wat Povil temple where there will be an opportunity to pray alongside the monks.

    The historic 2.5 Street is visited along with a Thai temple before arriving at a smaller market. Then we visit Wat Kor Village which is well known for its old Khmer heritage houses.

    Return to the hotel then take a short break before we continue the afternoon sightseeing program. In the afternoon, we head to the Bamboo Train station. Sitting on the platform, travel 8 km to the next station through beautiful landscapes and rice paddies.

    Continue with a trip to Phnom Sampeau, meaning “Ship Hill” in Khmer. The visit will last until dusk, when millions of bats emerge from a nearby cave and create unique patterns in the sky. Overnight in Battambang.

    Day 6

    Battambang – Phnom Penh

    Today, we head to Phnom Penh. It takes around 5 hour and a half drive from Battambang to Phnom Penh (not including stops). Enroute, we will stop to visit a pottery village near Kampong Chhnang, and see the different aspects of pottery making, and experience the production of traditional rice wine.

    Continue to Oudong - former royal capital of Cambodia. Upon arrival at Oudong, enjoy a traditional Khmer lunch at a picnic hut at the foot of the hill. Climb uphill the Oudong Mountain and enjoy magnificent views over the plains below.

    From here, it is not far to Phnom Penh, arriving in the late afternoon. Check into the hotel. Overnight in Phnom Penh.

    Day 7

    Phnom Penh

    Today, we will visit the most remarkable sights of Phnom Penh on a cyclo. First, pay a visit to Wat Phnom. Continue walk along the river to the Royal Palace and Silver Pagoda.

    The next stop is National Museum – Khmer-style architect with its collections (over 5,000 pieces) of ancient Khmer artistic, archaeological, and religious artifacts from the 4th to the 13th centuries.

    Enjoy a delicious Khmer meal at the Sugar Palm Restaurant.

    In the afternoon, head to the Champey Academy of Arts (CAA), a non-profit school offering the youth of Phnom Penh free training in Cambodian traditional arts including dance, music, drawing and painting. Next stop is Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum (S-21) – former schoolhouse that was turned into a detention and torture centre by the Khmer Rouge. Overnight in Phnom Penh.

    Day 8

    Phnom Penh - Sihanoukville

    After breakfast, your driver will transfer you to Sihanoukville – the most famous beach zone in Cambodia (in a duration of 4 hours). Arrive in Sihanoukville around mid day then check in the hotel. The remainder of the day is at your own leisure. Overnight in Sihanoukville.

    Day 9 + 10

    Day 11

    Breakfast at the hotel. After a leisurely morning, head back to Phnom Penh (transport provided) for your onward flight.
